Local pickup and delivery options will be available at checkout (when applicable).
This option guarantees your Fabuloons arrive looking their absolute best.

Shipping Options

Shipping Fabuloons is available by request only and may incur additional shipping fees due to:

Oversized packaging
Fragile materials
Specialized handling requirements

Shipping costs will be calculated based on size, distance, and carrier requirements. Customers will be notified of any additional charges prior to shipment.

Shipping Disclaimer

While we package Fabuloons carefully, we cannot guarantee balloon longevity or condition once shipped, as balloons are sensitive to:

Transit handling
Shipping delays

Processing Time

Fabuloons are custom-made and typically require 3–5 business days to process.
Rush orders may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the custom and perishable nature of balloon products:

All Fabuloons sales are final.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted once an order has been completed or shipped.

If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can review and assist.
